Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet central to all the major attractions Greensboro has to offer. Relax in a serene setting with the entire backyard available for your enjoyment.
Enjoy your own private kitchen, full bathroom, and private entrance through the backyard. House trained pets are welcome with a $95 pet fee. We work from home upstairs during the day and would appreciate noise being kept to a minimum.
Septic tank and water well onsite. Please follow the house rules for helping us to maintain these systems.
Landscaping: Our landscaper mows the lawn every 1.5 - 2 weeks on their schedule. Please be advised lawn maintenance may occur during your stay - accommodate them as necessary. Thank you.
Extended Stays: Housekeeping is included every 6 weeks.
